Evan Wolfe is a native New Yorker who moved to South Florida with his family while he was in High School. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in economics. He then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
Mr. Wolfe was first introduced to the world of property damage and insurance claims when he and his college roommate accidentally burned down their house while cooking dinner. He quickly learned on his own insurance claim that the process could be long, frustrating, and drawn out.
He started representing property owners who suffered damage after Hurricane Andrew in 1992. Mr. Wolfe devoted so much time to assisting indigent victims of the storm that he was awarded the Pro Bono Service Award that year from the Florida Bar.
Mr. Wolfe’s practice is exclusively focused on representing policyholders who have suffered damage from hurricanes, floods, tornados, hailstorms, fires, thefts, blasting, collapse, and all other forms of property damage. His clients range from municipalities, houses of worship, condominium associations, homeowners associations, private residences, apartment complexes, office buildings, hotels, motels, and warehouses.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the United States District Courts for Colorado, Western Oklahoma, Nebraska, New Mexico, West Texas, Eastern and Western Arkansas, and Northern Illinois. Mr. Wolfe handles cases nationwide.
